Delete from the app

If you have the Alive in You app installed, you can delete your account directly:

1. Open the Alive in You app and sign in to your account.
2. Tap your profile icon to open your profile.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account and data will be removed immediately upon confirmation.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have access to the app or are unable to sign in, submit a deletion request below. We'll send a verification email to confirm your identity before processing.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

• Account credentials — your email address, authentication tokens, and sign-in method
• Profile information — your display name, profile photo URL, and date of birth verification status
• User content — any posts or media you have submitted

Anonymized analytics data that is not linked to your identity may be retained in aggregated form.

Data deletion timeline

• In-app deletion: Account and personal data are removed immediately from active databases.
• Web requests: Processed within 30 days after identity verification.
• Backup systems: Residual copies in automated backups are purged within 90 days.
